• Use only Demat accounts that you legally own or are duly authorized to operate
• Follow all SEBI and stock exchange regulations regarding IPO applications
• Authorize KP UNLISTED to process IPO applications on your behalf when you submit instructions

• Provide accurate and up-to-date details during signup and maintain them thereafter
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with third parties
• Accept full responsibility for all activities carried out under your account
• Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized access or security breaches

• IPO investments involve market risks, including the potential loss of capital
• Past IPO performance is not indicative of future outcomes
• KP UNLISTED does not guarantee allotments, profits, or returns
• You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and any consequences thereof
• Allotments depend on regulatory processes and market demand beyond our control

• Our Service depends on third-party platforms such as stock exchanges, depositories, and payment networks
• Technical glitches, delays, or outages may occasionally impact IPO applications
• We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Regulatory updates or market changes may impact the scope and availability of our features

• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Service disruptions, delays, or technical errors
• Unauthorized access or misuse of your information

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

We may update or modify these Terms at our discretion. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or regulatory obligations.
